Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with patients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

  Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.

  Valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.

  Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized settings, such as trauma-informed care or community-based mental health services, will stand out. Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices will also be considered a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Benefits for this position include:
