Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (required)
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfort and flexibility working with students from elementary to high school
• Comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication issues in a diverse K-12 student population
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and state standards
• Collaborate with educational teams, participate in IEP meetings, and offer insights on student progress
• Consult and communicate with families and staff to implement effective interventions and support strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
