Assistant Director of Urgent Care and MCI- CBHC (Temporary Position)

Assistant Director of CBHC Urgent Care and MCI Programs We are seeking an Licensed Clinician with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality, community-based behavioral health services. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Clinician (LICSW or LMHC) who excels in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to culturally competent, person‑centered care. Responsibilities Assist the Director in managing the daily operations, administration, and clinical functions of Urgent Care and MCI services across both CBHC locations. Support the implementation of the Urgent Care and MCI services vision, including developing systems to ensure immediate access to services and transfer of services to CBHC. Assist in developing and implementing systems to monitor service delivery and utilization of supports for Urgent Care services. Provide direct supervision to direct reports within Urgent Care services. Provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to all staff supervised in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures across both CBHC locations. Qualifications Must possess a current Massachusetts independent clinical license, including LICSW or LMHC. Must have at least 5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or children with mental health disorders. Must have at least 3 years of experience providing supervision in a mental‑health setting. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. The role is fully in‑person and supports programs in Lynn, MA, and Danvers, MA. Employees are expected to work at either location throughout the week based on program and operational needs. Candidates must be willing and able to travel between both sites as needed. Duration This is a temporary position expected to continue through August 1, 2026.
