Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through secure synchronous live video calls with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more.

• Work collaboratively with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation through our digital documentation tools, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations to protect client confidentiality.
\n
• Design and implement customized assessments and treatment plans that align with measurement-based care best practices.
\n
• Deliver effective talk therapy for individuals aged 13 and up as well as couples, employing methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Commit to continuous learning and improvement while contributing to a culture centered around positive client outcomes and engagement.
