Job Description:
We’re hiring a Home Health/Hospice RN for a day shift role. The nurse will case manage patients, travel between homes, and must be comfortable managing a full caseload. This is a field-based position—not inpatient.

Requirements:

• Shift: Day – 5x8 (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Experience: 1+ year in case management

• Must Have: HCHB experience, travel nursing background

• Transportation: Personal vehicle required (daily travel)

• Mileage: Reimbursed at federal rate
