Senior Measurement Strategist

About the Role

This is a senior, customer-facing measurement strategy role at a data infrastructure and analytics company serving some of the world's largest advertisers and media brands. You'll sit at the intersection of Commercial, Services Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Data Science — acting as a trusted advisor who guides enterprise clients from measurement use case design all the way through value realization. The role carries high visibility and directly shapes how major brands plan, buy, and optimize their media investments.

What You'll Do

• Apply deep measurement expertise to guide enterprise customers across the full measurement solutions suite, from use case design to value realization.

• Partner with brand and agency clients to develop Learning Agendas — forming hypotheses, surfacing opportunities, and delivering data-driven insights that influence marketing and media planning.

• Build and sustain executive and operational relationships, earning trusted-advisor status while continuously identifying customer challenges and growth opportunities.

• Drive product adoption, enhanced usage, and account expansion including upsells, renewals, and analytics services in partnership with Commercial teammates.

• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and internal and external strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of customer-facing, consultative account management experience at a SaaS, AdTech, media agency, or digital media services firm.

• 5+ years working specifically as a measurement strategist, marketing analyst, or data analyst in media, advertising, or marketing-mix measurement environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in media measurement methodologies, attribution modeling (MMM, MTA), and incrementality testing frameworks.

• Proven track record delivering measurement strategy and analytics insights to enterprise-level brand and agency clients in a consulting or advisory capacity.

• Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and analysis; comfort working with large-scale datasets and complex data warehouse environments.

• Experience designing and executing experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or incrementality studies.

• Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

• Deep understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem — TV, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, publishers — including how inventory is bought and how systems work together.

• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or identity resolution in advertising contexts is a plus.

• Background in management or strategy consulting with media or marketing clients is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Rate: $65/hr (W2 contract, 1-year engagement). Annualized equivalent approximately $135,200 USD . Visa sponsorship is available for all candidates.

Location

Candidates based in San Francisco CA, New York NY, Seattle WA, or Little Rock AR are preferred, with on-site availability expected. Fully remote consideration is available for exceptional candidates; Pacific Time working hours are required.
