The work setting is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients from Pioche, Nevada, and its surrounding areas through a user-friendly digital platform. As part of our outpatient team, you will enjoy the flexibility of a full-time schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a systemic, relational lens to provide empathetic psychotherapy tailored to individual needs.

• Skillfully facilitate family and couples counseling sessions, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for exploration and healing.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs, setting the foundation for effective, collaborative treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Engage in regular team consultations and ongoing professional development through supervision and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada, or eligibility for licensure.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related area is preferred.

• At least two years of direct experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
