Litigation Attorney (Business Litigation) Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 + Bonus Experience: 3+ Years of Litigation Experience I'm partnering with a highly regarded Washington law firm that is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Business Litigation team. What You'll Do As a member of the litigation team, you will assist with and manage a variety of commercial litigation matters, including: Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda Managing written discovery and depositions Conducting legal research and case analysis Participating in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations Assisting with trial preparation and trial proceedings Working directly with clients to develop legal strategies and achieve business objectives Collaborating with experienced litigators on sophisticated disputes What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Washington State Bar membership Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience Strong academic credentials Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong client service orientation Preferred Qualifications Experience handling commercial or business litigation matters Exposure to all phases of litigation from case inception through trial Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development and client relationships Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Matching 401(k) contribution up to 4% of your voluntary contribution Fully paid transit pass or parking subsidy Paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to achieve objective and subjective monthly and annual bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
