Sales Operations Coordinator

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join a leading Company located in the Melville, NY surrounding area.
Salary: $55,000 plus monthly bonuses
Responsibilities :
- Managing incoming calls and communications.
- Addressing customers' reporting needs.
- Responding to inquiries regarding contracts.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinating and distributing surveys to gather valuable feedback.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Organized/attention to detail.
- Effective multitasking.
- Strong work ethic, high energy, and drive.
