The Account Manager, Media Sales drives revenue growth by managing and expanding client accounts while leading strategic media planning and technical campaign execution across omnichannel platforms. This role serves as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into robust media plans that deliver measurable performance outcomes. The role combines consultative selling, analytics, and hands-on campaign management to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and impactful performance reporting. Success is measured by client retention and growth, campaign effectiveness, and overall revenue contributions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and present data-driven media strategies, including audience targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead all aspects of end-to-end campaign execution with operations team, including trafficking coordination, measurement setup and pacing.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and deliver proactive optimization recommendations.
- Lead performance reporting, including recurring updates and comprehensive wrap reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis.
- Translate campaign results into strategic recommendations to inform future planning and drive upsell opportunities.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 2-4 years Advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media. Experience working with Ads Products (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advertising Sales: Experience with advertising sales and media account management. (Required)
- Digital Strategy: Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advancing forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. (Required)
- Direct Sales: Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. (Required)
- Competitive Analysis: Effective organizational, analytical and influencing skills. (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $101,700 - $183,500, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $71,190 - $128,450
