Client Experience Specialist

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will welcome our guests as they arrive for their appointment and answer their calls. With complete client focus, you will work alongside another Client Experience Specialist to maintain the timely responsiveness our clients have grown accustomed to. We welcome candidates that possess the ability to start a conversation and make our clients feel at home.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping clients, good communicators, self-starters, reliable, organized, and are able to follow-through on activities in a timely manner. This position requires the ability to work well in both a self-directed manner and in a collaborative team environment while embracing the firm's core values.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive for their appointments.
• Receive incoming phone calls.
• Deliver high quality client service in a professional, caring, and compliant manner.
• Serve refreshments to guests and clients.
• Maintain lobby and conference rooms for cleanliness.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple advisors.
• Data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Order office supplies.
• Reception & General Office upkeep (water plants, stock water in refrigerators, dishwasher, paper in printers, etc.)
• Receive and sort mail/packages.
• Coordinating client events, card mailings, order gifts for special occasions.
• Special projects as they arise.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Licensures

• High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
• Client Services experience in office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Redtail CRM a plus
