Work Environment

This position will be onsite at our hospital facility, ensuring close collaboration and communication with fellow healthcare professionals. Our full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week, operating Monday through Friday with clinic hours extending until 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and obtaining detailed medical histories from patients.
• Ordering and interpreting various diagnostic tests, including blood tests and imaging, to support accurate diagnoses.
• Diagnosing health conditions, from acute illnesses to chronic diseases, based on clinical findings.
• Formulating treatment plans that encompass both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for managing health issues.
• Prescribing medications as appropriate and ensuring that patients understand their prescriptions and any associated instructions.
• Maintaining meticulous medical records, documenting patient care activities, and managing appointments within established scheduling systems.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures to foster understanding and compliance.
• Educating patients and family members on health maintenance and disease prevention practices.

Compensation and Benefits
