Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Assessing clients' needs through comprehensive evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, to support clients in achieving their goals.

• Maintaining a collaborative approach by working closely with other mental health professionals and support staff to offer holistic care to patients.

• Documenting client progress accurately and promptly to ensure consistent and effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000. Additional benefits include:
