Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brightest Healing Psychotherapy, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, either via telehealth or in person when necessary.

• Evaluating client needs through comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific situations.
\n
• Applying a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems therapy to help clients work through their challenges.

• Staying current with best practices in therapy to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in adherence to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with team members, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to offer multidisciplinary support and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a wide spectrum of backgrounds and issues, including relational conflicts, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
