Receiving and Facilities Manager Job Type: Receiving and Facilities Manager Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours/week including flexible night and weekend availability Rate: Starting at $28/hour, previous experience will be taken into consideration. The Receiving and Facilities Manager is responsible for the efficient and smooth daily operation of physical store systems and the receiving department, keeping receiving processes and store operations running at their best. This includes, but is not limited to, the functionality, performance, and appearance of the facility, grounds, and related equipment; daily custodial operations; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility; and conducting regular inspections to support compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Cleanliness, safety, hospitality, and efficiency are top priorities. Flexible scheduling is a must! Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Coursework, certifications, or training in facilities management, building maintenance, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in receiving, inventory control, facilities operations, warehouse operations, or a related field. Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating deliveries. Experience with inventory systems, purchase orders, invoices, and supply ordering. Previous leadership experience, including training, coaching, or supervising staff. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing custodial operations or facility maintenance programs. Experience working with outside contractors or service providers. Experience in retail, grocery, or food service environments. Knowledge of basic building systems and maintenance.
