Direct message the job poster from Culver Careers (CulverCareers.com) I am working on a Sales Representative role in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina metro area for a very progressive & innovative healthcare organization. You will be selling Marketing Services (SEO) & Advertising Services to both Specialists & General Doctor's in a prospecting & account management type of sale. Territory will entail a 3-4 state territory with travel every other week (~6-8 overnights per month). This client can offer you: -Great name recognition -Work/Life Balance -A remote role, where you will be in the field 2-3 days a week and the rest of the time working from home. -Pay-on-Performance incentive plan - This is an ideal role for sales professionals making $175,000 and feeling that they are capped out in making it to the $200,000-$250,000-$300,000> range. -$70,000-$80,000-$90,000 Base Salary + commission (monthly) = ~$250,000 1st year + Expense Account (client entertainment) + Medical & Dental benefits. $300,000-$350,000 in year #2. Experience Desired: -BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports. -5-10 years+ of successful outside sales experience. The ideal background will come from a Digital Marketing Service (SEO) or Advertising Services -Previous business-to-business sales experience from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a professional sales training program a plus. -Prefer candidates coming from a very consultative type of sale. -Year-over-Year sales success (Top 10%-Top 20%); President's Club Award(s); Promotions! -Team Oriented; Strong presentation skills.
