Casca is building AGI for banking. We're replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do. We were founded by a world-class team of banking & AI experts from Stanford, MIT, and Y Combinator. You'll be the talent magnet that powers our technical team. As our first technical recruiter, you'll construct our technical hiring engine from zero to hero.

What You'll Do

• Architect our technical recruiting strategy
• Partner with founders and leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent
• Create a candidate experience so good, even rejected applicants become fans
• Build scalable processes that can handle 10x growth
• Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest

• A technical talent hunter with 3-5+ years catching engineering unicorns
• Someone who's built recruiting functions from the ground up
