Account Clerk Special Services or Business Office
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to perform work requiring constant and close attention to clerical and numerical detail
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Must have the ability to analyze and organize data and prepare record reports and spreadsheets
Must be proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties:
Under direction, perform a variety of routine, repetitive, non-complex clerical tasks related to computing, classifying, verifying, and recording numerical data
Reconciliation of accounts, records, and documents to keep financial records complete
Perform other related keyboarding duties as required
Salary/Benefits:
Salary: The TWU Salary Guide for Account Clerk begins at $15.92 / hr.* Benefits: TWU staff are eligible for family Medical, Prescription, and Dental benefits. Sick, Vacation, Personal, and Bereavement days are included. * Pending contract negotiations
