Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by their physicians, establishing baselines to inform effective treatment strategies.

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions in the home setting, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities that facilitate recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in New York.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficient in computer skills, including software for patient management and documentation.
• A passion for nurturing patient relationships and an eagerness to contribute to community health.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $100,000 and going up to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
