Legal Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Legal Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in New York, NY. We work with companies that offer environments for our employees to contribute, learn, and advance their career. We treat you like you are part of the family.
Job Title: Legal Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 week contract with option to extend (Leave of Absence coverage)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- The Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist will be responsible for daily operations in mail and hospitality as well as some copy, print, and reception.
Skills & Qualifications:
- The hiring manager is primarily looking for someone with strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
- A strong candidate will have legal experience and understand the dynamics of a legal environment as well.
- The mail and print elements of this role are trainable.
- Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Parking is not provided, public transportation is available.
- Driving: No
- Dress Code: Business Casual, no jeans or gym shoe
