Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, as well as behavioral guidelines and positive behavior support strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including clinical records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive service delivery and effective communication among all stakeholders.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, promoting accessibility to resources and enhancing client outcomes.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and participating in specialized training, to further refine skills and enhance service provision.
\n
• Promote the mission and values of Immersed Clinical Centre in all interactions, internally and within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. You will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, utilizing evidence-based practices and culturally competent approaches. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, you will help clients navigate their paths to recovery and emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required to ensure the necessary clinical knowledge and skills.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board to practice in Massachusetts is mandatory.

• Strong organizational skills in maintaining clinical records and preparing comprehensive reports.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective cooperation within an interdisciplinary team and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Sound judgment to make independent decisions based on professional training and knowledge.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
