Job Description
Salary: $48,000 - $50,000/year. Excellent benefits include 100% company-paid health insurance for employees (medical, dental, vision); 50% company-paid dependent coverage; 12 paid holidays; and a 401(k) with a company match.
\n \nWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-hour unpaid meal break
\n \nCompany Overview: J. Kent Staffing is searching for a Sales Administrator for our client, a manufacturer’s representative for engineering equipment. The company is headquartered in the Denver Tech Center and has a small office of about 10 employees. Excellent office culture and long-tenured staff; all employees have a great work ethic and enjoy working in a friendly, cohesive, casual office environment.
\n \nPosition Overview: The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting 3 busy sales reps based in Arizona and New Mexico, in addition to general administrative and office support. This role answers phones, provides administrative support to Sales Staff, takes customer orders and processes them with manufacturers, prepares and issues accurate product quotes, and processes leads. The Sales Administrator works within the Repfabric sales database and handles incoming inquiries from potential customers about the company’s products and services. MS Excel is used extensively in the preparation of quotes. Will also be responsible for tracking demo inventory.

- 1+ years of office administrative experience; sales support experience is a strong plus! \n
- Excellent phone etiquette \n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word \n
- Experience working in a CRM \n
- Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking abilities \n
- Team player with a helpful, can-do attitude (no task too large or too small) \n
