Mclean, VA AV/VTC Senior Level SME (Senior AV/VTC Specialist) Position Summary Serves as the lead Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) Subject Matter Expert responsible for enterprise-wide AV/VTC operations, engineering oversight, system integration, troubleshooting, executive event support, and technical leadership. Provides advanced expertise supporting collaboration platforms and mission-critical communication systems used for executive meetings, town halls, conferences, training sessions, and agency-wide events. Key Responsibilities Lead operation, maintenance, integration, and optimization of AV/VTC systems. Provide Tier III technical support for complex AV/VTC incidents and service requests. Support enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Poly RealPresence. Design, configure, and maintain conference room technologies, video walls, presentation systems, and multimedia equipment. Lead support for executive communications, board meetings, hearings, town halls, and agency events. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring service issues. Develop technical standards, operating procedures, and technology roadmaps. Coordinate with network, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure service availability. Mentor junior AV/VTC personnel and provide technical guidance to project staff. Support testing, implementation, and lifecycle upgrades of AV/VTC technologies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Communications, or related field. 8+ years of AV/VTC experience supporting enterprise environments. Experience supporting executive-level events and high-visibility government meetings. Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Teams Rooms Zoom Rooms Poly RealPresence Digital media technologies Streaming and webcast solutions Audio DSP systems Excellent troubleshooting and customer engagement skills. Preferred Certifications CTS-I or CTS-D (AVIXA) Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate PMP or ITIL Foundation Poly Certified Professional #J-18808-Ljbffr Info Gain Consulting
