Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $17.99 per hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

• Locations: Walton, New York Full time

Job Summary: Provide administrative support for Day Program Services

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Managing the team’s calendars and setting up reminders to keep track of deadlines for reports/paperwork/surveys (Agency, NYS, etc.)

• Maintain Program Files

• Ordering and monitoring office supplies and other materials

• Preparing documents for meetings

• Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries

• Writing emails on behalf of the team

• Preparing and processing invoices

• Entering/uploading data in Portal

Qualifications:

• Type 45 wpm

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

• Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and manage busy schedules/deadlines

• Experience in MS Word
