Miami Beach, FL | Full-time, On-site | Reports to Founder & CEO The Role We’re looking for an exceptional business operator who can think like the Founder, execute independently, and help scale the company. You will act as the Founder’s second set of eyes across the entire business—constantly looking at what’s working, what’s not, what’s falling through the cracks, where we’re inefficient, who isn’t performing, where revenue is being left on the table, and what our next strategic move should be. The Founder remains the ultimate decision‑maker. Your job is to bring her answers, numbers, solutions, and recommendations—not more problems to solve. What You’ll Own Scale & growth: Identify the next strategic moves required to grow the company, increase revenue, and build new revenue channels. Revenue intelligence: Build revenue projections, track performance against targets, understand what’s driving growth, and identify gaps and opportunities. Find what’s broken: Constantly identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, missed opportunities, unnecessary costs, and things falling through the cracks—and fix them. Team accountability: Know what every key employee, agency, and partner is responsible for. Identify quickly when someone isn’t performing, deadlines are slipping, or expectations aren’t being met. Strategic execution: Turn the Founder’s ideas into actionable plans and drive them from concept through completion. Project ownership: Manage multiple major projects simultaneously, coordinating employees, partners, vendors, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Founder representation: Attend meetings on the Founder’s behalf, make appropriate decisions independently, and es­calate only what genuinely requires her involvement. Research & recommendations: Independently evaluate partners, vendors, technology, hires, and opportunities and bring the Founder the best options with a clear recommendation. Systems: Build processes, reporting, automation, and accountability systems that allow the company to scale efficiently. What’s next: Maintain a company-wide view and continually ask: What should we be doing next that we aren’t doing today? Who You Are You’re not someone who waits to be told what to do. You naturally walk into a business and notice what’s inefficient, what’s being missed, who’s underperforming, where money is being lost, and what opportunity nobody is pursuing. You think like an owner, operate with urgency, and have the judgment to make decisions independently while knowing which decisions belong with the Founder. Qualifications 7+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, growth operations, startup leadership, or a similar role Strong commercial and financial instincts Experience with revenue forecasting, KPIs, and growth planning Proven ability to build systems and scale operations Strong project, people, vendor, and partner management Exceptional analytical, research, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Highly proficient with AI and modern business technology Founder‑led/startup experience strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Well Society
