DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Increase Sales on both Retail and Online platformsSet production goals for yourself and producers, coach and motivate them to reach those goalsManage office operationsHave a strong knowledge of SEO and Online Marketing to draw business to the Agency QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Proven track record of exemplary Personal Lines P&C SalesWork with SEO and online advertising partners to develop strategic plan on increasing productionExcellent communication skillsEntrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitudeSelf-motivated and goal-orientatedStrong organizational, time management and follow-through skillsAbility to juggle many activities and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to Network and Build RelationshipsOn-Site Position Insure Online provides a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees.
