As a Control Account Manager you will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts. Key duties include developing and maintaining budgets and schedules, monitoring performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, risk management, and compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required.This position will be ONSITE, and the locations include Andover, MA (preferred), McKinney, TX, El Paso, TX, Huntsville, ALWhat You Will Do :Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost,schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results Perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable resultsOperate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databasesComplete monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputsProvide EVM reporting and analysis, execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputsWhat You Will Learn:Raytheon and RTX Business AcumenSBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverablesQualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.Raytheon EVMS Certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 monthsAbility to obtain and maintain an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
