The Opportunity This is a senior-level role within the Finance team, with a focus on real estate finance and asset-backed lending. You’ll work closely with partners on complex transactions ranging from $1M to $1B in value. The role will involve negotiating and drafting finance documentation, overseeing due diligence, advising on collateral structures, and managing closings. You'll be supported by a well-organized team of associates and paralegals, while maintaining direct access to clients.
