Business Development Representative – Multi-Family Feazel | Based in Cincinnati/Dayton, OH | Travels Statewide | Hybrid, Field-Based Feazel is growing our Multi-Family division, and we're looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our footprint across Ohio. This role owns outreach and relationship management for a book of property management and ownership group clients, based in the Cincinnati/Dayton area with travel across the state. What You'll Do Identify and prioritize target accounts across Ohio's multi-family market Prospect and build relationships with new multi-family clients (property managers, owners, regional portfolios) Nurture and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat and referral business Plan, attend, and represent Feazel at industry events, trade shows, and client appreciation events Manage a pipeline of opportunities from first contact through signed work Stay in consistent contact with clients and prospects through calls, texts, email, and social outreach Meet clients face to face regularly, including property walks and in-person check-ins Travel throughout Ohio to support client relationships (approximately 75% of time client-facing/in-field) What You Bring Experience in business development, account management, or outside sales (multi-family, property management, construction, or roofing industry experience a plus) Strong relationship-building instincts and follow-through Comfort managing a pipeline and prioritizing your own schedule Confidence presenting in person and building trust with property managers and ownership groups A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Ohio regularly Self-starter mentality with strong organization and CRM discipline Why Feazel This role is a chance to build something with the Multi-Family division early, with real ownership over how the territory grows, backed by the resources and reputation of an established, multi-brand company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
