About Us:
Dry Harbor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 360-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Middle Village Queens. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents.
As a Nursing Home Concierge you will serve as a point of contact and resource for residents and their families offering assistance with a variety of needs and helping to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment. They often act as a liaison between residents, staff, and families, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of care.
Duties:
Greeting and orienting residents and visitors:
Providing a welcoming presence and helping new residents get settled.
Assisting with daily needs:
Helping with tasks like scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, coordinating with family members, and managing mail.
Providing information and resources:
Connecting residents with relevant services, activities, and community resources.
Facilitating communication:
Ensuring clear communication between residents, families, and the nursing home staff.
Enhancing the resident experience:
Going above and beyond to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents, creating a more enjoyable and personalized living experience.
