About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Consulting to lead its global consulting segment with a strong focus on environmental and social impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational and financial leadership of the division, including P&L accountability, revenue growth, and margin expansion. This role demands a leader with a degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related fields, and at least 20 years of leadership experience in environmental consulting or engineering services. The EVP will be tasked with aligning global standards with local execution, integrating acquired organizations, and driving operational discipline across a multi-service consulting platform. Strategic clarity, operational rigor, and the ability to lead at scale within a complex, multi-geography business are essential. Key responsibilities for the EVP of Consulting at the company include enterprise segment leadership, acquisition integration, and partnership with corporate functions. The role requires a proven track record in strengthening executive-level client relationships, accelerating organic growth, and leading a high-performing global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project-based business economics, margin governance, and experience operating within a publicly traded or similarly governed enterprise. They must also demonstrate exceptional executive presence, communication capability, and a commitment to safety. The EVP will be expected to foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and inclusion, and to serve as a visible leader across geographies.
