Contract Healthcare Recruiter for Hourly Clinical Roles

Zarminali Health, Inc.

Zarminali Pediatrics in Chicago seeks a Contract Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume hourly hiring (MAs, RNs) and non-provider recruiting for the duration of a 3–6 month contract. This 1099 independent contractor role partners with clinic and operations leaders to move openings fast without sacrificing candidate quality. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while navigating compensation discussions within hourly pay ranges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
