Duration: 6 month contract

Pay Rate: Starting at $40.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Sales and Commercial functions. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, owning the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Recruiting

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Sales and Commercial positions.
• Manage all stages of recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified sales talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Partnership & Recruiting Strategy

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies.
• Lead kickoff meetings, sourcing strategy sessions, hiring discussions, and interview panel preparation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Ensure alignment and communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Recruiting Analytics & Pipeline Management

• Monitor recruiting metrics, including:
• Time in stage
• Conversion rates
• Pipeline health
• Offer activity
• Analyze hiring trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve recruiting performance.
• Utilize data to guide sourcing strategies, prioritize activity, and optimize hiring outcomes.

Required Qualifications

MUST HAVE

Sales & Commercial Recruiting Experience

• Proven experience recruiting within Sales and Commercial organizations.
• Demonstrated success hiring for revenue-generating teams.
• Experience supporting Sales, Commercial, Operations, Strategy, or GTM (Go-To-Market) organizations.

Full-Life Cycle Recruiting

• Strong experience managing the complete recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience driving hiring strategies, workforce planning discussions, and recruiting decisions.

Data-Driven Recruiting

• Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and reporting to make informed hiring recommendations.
• Ability to analyze recruiting performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

High-Volume Recruiting Environment

• Experience balancing multiple priorities and managing numerous concurrent requisitions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
