Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an organized, personable Full-Time Hiring Assistant to support our home care recruiting and onboarding team in Billerica, MA .
If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and keeping a busy day moving, this opportunity may be a great fit. Candidates with experience in customer service, administrative support, recruiting, staffing, or home care are encouraged to apply.
What You'll DoContact applicants by phone, email, and text to discuss employment opportunities.
Assist with scheduling interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Help new hires complete onboarding paperwork and required documentation.
Maintain accurate applicant records and track hiring progress.
Support job postings, recruiting events, and outreach efforts.
Work closely with the Hiring Manager and office team to meet staffing needs.
Provide a welcoming, professional experience for every applicant.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Comfortable making frequent phone calls and speaking with new people.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.
Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
Dependable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Recruiting, administrative, staffing, or home care experience preferred.
