Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and directing the operations of our kitchen. You will oversee a talented team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving business growth. As a Director, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable leadership skills, enhance your management abilities, and contribute to the success of a well-established brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of dedicated employees
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain high food quality standards and cleanliness
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Higher end of pay scale requires prior experience managing large staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask & manage 50+ staff in one shift.
