We are looking for the most dynamic marketing unicorn that . Are you equal parts left brain / right brain; analytical / creative? Multifamily real estate experience required. If this sounds like you, keep reading!
We are currently expanding the marketing team at Pegasus Residential. This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA with weekly remote capabilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and success in the areas listed below.
THE DAILY
Creative + Graphic Design:
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials from internal associates
- Assist in the creation of marketing theme concepts
- Work with internal and external agencies designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Prepare promotional mock-ups and recommendations within a property budget
- Design presentations, e-blasts, and social media graphics using PowerPoint, InDesign, and Illustrator
Systems Implementations + Data Analysis:
- Activate systems used for marketing and lead generation by onsite teams
- Interpret analytics within reports to outline success or opportunities for improvement
Marketing Media Asset Supervision:
- Assemble, maintain and support in media assets creation
- Work with 3 rd party vendors on photography, videography and virtual asset efforts
- Manage all digital assets for each property. This includes photography, vector logos, 2D and 3D floor plan, and all related marketing materials.
Social Media + Platforms Management:
- Mentors new associates and serves as an internal support for feedback with leadership as appropriate
- Create, troubleshoot, and provide support on Social Media platforms, Search Engine listings/business dashboards and map listings
- Communicate in a professional, but unique social media “voice” of the company
- Create social media graphics and content
Communications:
- Assists in writing copy for social media, e-blasts, and press releases
- Assists in distribution, analysis, and reporting of communications
THE ESSENTIALS
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of Graphic Design, Social Media and Marketing experience
- Strong data analytical skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well in a small team environment to promote company initiatives
- Ability to learn about new technologies and their applications
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Good judgment, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
