ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assign lanes to guests Rent bowling shoes and collect fees from guests Maintains the reservation schedule for Bowling Center Maintains a safe and clean work environment Maintains working knowledge of the Bowling Center's activities and programs Answers phones and assist customers, providing quality customer service Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager or Supervisor Other duties as assigned Must have basic math skills and knowledge of basic accounting practices Must have good written and verbal communication skills Must be competent with computer programs including word and excel Good customer relation skills. Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities Skill in using cash register, handling money, giving change, balancing banks REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 19 years old Experience in Bowling industry is a Plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Walking/standing at 75%. Sitting at 25%. Required to lift/carry up to 25 lbs Exposed to loud noise and cigarette smoke. Required to work weekends and holidays.
