• Experience: 2+ years OR experience, robotic surgery preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide OR nursing care for a variety of surgical cases including robotic, neuro-spine, bariatric, transplant, and urology procedures
• Circulate during surgeries and scrub in if qualified
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and sterile procedures
• Maintain compliance with staff RN and first assist responsibilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams including anesthesia and support staff
• Support documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including on-call duties
• Ensure patient safety and uphold infection control protocols

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
• A minimum of 2 years OR experience, including robotic surgery
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Strong knowledge of OR procedures and equipment, including Alaris IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and on-call requirements
• Preferred: transplant or neuro-spine experience and Meditech Expanse familiarity
