Collections Specialist I: Delinquency Solutions for Members
Civic Federal Credit Union
Civic Federal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks a Collections Specialist to proactively manage delinquent accounts by contacting members and developing repayment plans. You will support loss mitigation and work with the Default Management team to mitigate losses while staying compliant with regulations. You will engage members via phone, email, and text, document actions in the system, and collaborate with internal teams to drive timely resolutions.
