The Role: Executive Driver

Accomplished Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Driver to provide safe, secure and discreet transportation for an executive in the San Francisco area.

The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing a high level of comfort and professional service while maintaining situational awareness, confidentiality, and a strong focus on the safety and security of the principal.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in executive transportation, executive protection, law enforcement, military service, protective services, or a related field. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where schedules and transportation requirements may change with limited notice.

The Executive Driver must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism and the ability to remain calm and adaptable in changing or high-pressure situations.

Salary and Benefit Information:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Pay Range: $65.00$70.00 per hour , depending on applicable experience, training and qualifications
• Estimated Hours: Approximately 4060 hours per week
• Primary Schedule: MondayFriday
• Candidates must have flexibility for early mornings, late hours, weekends and schedule changes as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, secure, discreet and professional transportation for the principal.
• Operate designated vehicles safely and defensively while complying with applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and identify potential safety, security or transportation concerns.
• Plan and execute transportation routes while adapting to traffic, schedule changes, road conditions and other circumstances.
• Conduct route reconnaissance and identify potential hazards or vulnerabilities when appropriate.
• Maintain communication and coordinate with executive protection personnel, administrative staff and other designated support personnel as required.
• Assist the principal with safe ingress and egress from vehicles.
• Assist with luggage and personal belongings when necessary.
• Ensure assigned vehicles remain clean, fueled, properly supplied and ready for immediate use.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly communicate maintenance or mechanical concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, routes, travel time and other required transportation information.
• Arrive on time and fully prepared for all scheduled assignments, appointments and events.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies, including vehicle accidents, medical incidents, and potential security concerns.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the principal's identity, activities, movements, schedule, and other sensitive information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform additional transportation and executive protection support functions within the scope of the assignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated professional driving experience with excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle dynamics.
• Knowledge of defensive driving techniques and the ability to respond appropriately to changing road, traffic, and security conditions.
• Ability to maintain composure and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with a broader executive protection or support team.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with communication devices and mobile technology.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify potential vehicle issues.
• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements, including a background investigation and drug screening, in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
• Ability to maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule based upon the principal's needs, including extended days, late hours, and occasional weekends.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior law enforcement experience and/or prior military service.
• Previous experience providing executive or VIP transportation.
• Executive Protection experience or training.
• Formal defensive and/or evasive driving training.
• Surveillance detection awareness or related protective security training.
• Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area, including local traffic patterns, primary transportation routes and alternate routing.
• Experience working with high-profile individuals, executives or principals in environments requiring a high degree of discretion.
• Experience coordinating with Executive Protection teams or other protective security personnel.

Compensation details: 65-70 Hourly Wage
