• Deliver engaging, one-on-one therapy sessions emphasizing communication, language acquisition, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to craft unified treatment strategies.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and families, promoting progress and engagement outside the clinical environment.
• Support occasional inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions to maintain seamless care throughout the patient journey.
• Manage precise and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory standards set by local, state, and federal entities.
• Commit to professional growth by staying abreast of developments in the field and exchanging insights with peers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet certified by ASHA.

Required Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the initial 30 days of employment.
