Description

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one therapies targeting fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.
• Provide educational resources for patients and their families, encouraging progress and support outside of therapy sessions.
• Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions as needed, guaranteeing a seamless pathway through the healing journey.
• Ensure accurate documentation adheres to relevant guidelines from state and federal agencies and the organization.
• Commit to ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest developments in your field through courses and peer engagements.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not yet received ASHA certification.

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.
