Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annualized, paid on an hourly basis

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Account Executive, this role will be integral in supporting our day-to-day sales operations and helping to maintain and grow key accounts. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop into an Account Executive role. This position offers significant growth opportunities for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in daily activities, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing customer communications.
• Support the preparation and organization of sales materials such as line sheets, samples, and presentations for meetings with retailers.
• Maintain and update customer account information, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Track weekly sales performance, inventory levels, and customer purchase orders to provide timely updates to the sales team and clients.
• Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up with customers on purchase orders, worksheets, and other necessary documentation.
• Assist in entering product information into retailer websites and portals for item setup, submissions, and quotes.
• Manage sample inventory and coordinate shipments of samples to retail partners.
• Assist with market research to identify new sales opportunities and support business development efforts.
• Create sales reports and provide key data to support account management and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support role or similar position, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with sales management software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for the fashion industry and an eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Salary Disclosure

Majesty Brands is committed to offering a compensation package that reflects the qualifications and experience of each individual candidate. The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 , with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
