ThoughtFocus is looking for a results-driven Sales/Partner Manager Databricks to drive revenue growth through the Databricks ecosystem. The role will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities, building strong relationships with Databricks field teams and customers, and positioning ThoughtFocus' Data & AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth for Databricks-led opportunities.
- Build relationships with Databricks AEs, partner teams, and enterprise customers.
- Identify new accounts and expand existing relationships across Healthcare, BFSI, and other strategic industries.
- Lead consultative selling of Data, AI, Cloud, and Databricks solutions.
- Manage opportunities from prospecting and POC through implementation and expansion.
- Collaborate with delivery, alliances, and marketing teams to develop and execute GTM strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably with Databricks, Data & AI, Cloud, or analytics solutions .
- Strong understanding of the Databricks ecosystem and enterprise data modernization.
- Existing relationships with Databricks field sales/partner teams is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation, new-logo acquisition, and closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
