Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying their strengths, challenges, and specific needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the assessment findings and the unique goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' needs.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to enhance therapy outcomes.

• Collaborate alongside psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating seamless communication among healthcare professionals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, at USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
