Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services. Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions. Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area. Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. 1+ year of automotive service/advisor role; or 1-2+ years of sales & or customer service experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Phone skills Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions. Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
