Service Advisor - Leith Chrysler Jeep

Leith Chrysler Jeep is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. Responsibilities The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicles, question customers about vehicle performance, complete service work orders, and explain service costs to customers. Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs. Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products. Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values. Qualifications High School Diploma. 2+ years of experience. Current valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player. Availability to work Saturdays. Benefits Health Insurance.
