Overview Job title: Payroll and Benefits Specialist Location: Hybrid - Lakewood, Ohio Schedule: Monday–Friday Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 Benefits: Comprehensive package including healthcare and retirement, bonus eligibility Why This Opportunity Stands Out Blended Payroll & Benefits Role: Hands-on payroll ownership with added exposure to pension and benefits administration, creating a well-rounded HR/payroll position Large-Scale Payroll Environment: Responsible for payroll processing for up to 1,000 employees across 6 offices in 5 states, covering exempt, non-exempt, and partner pay Proven Technology: Work within ADP Workforce, supporting accurate and efficient payroll execution Team-Oriented Culture: Partner closely with HR and finance to ensure payroll and benefits align with broader organizational objectives Professional Development: Opportunity to grow expertise in retirement and benefits programs with training and support provided Key Responsibilities Payroll Execution: Process bi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations System & Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll and employee data within ADP Workforce, including pay, deductions, and benefits elections Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare payroll reports, audit data for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of payroll processing experience using an HRIS/payroll system; payroll-focused background preferred over benefits-only roles Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills required; prior experience with ADP Workforce highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
