This contract opportunity, located near Biddeford, ME, offers a flexible part-time schedule of about 24 hours per week—with some room to adjust based on your availability and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 40–50 psychoeducational evaluations over the course of the school year
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive evaluation reports to inform student support
- Participate in IEP referral and eligibility meetings as a valued member of the educational team
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support individual student needs and contribute to effective behavior planning
- Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Maine School Psychologist license/certification —or eligibility to obtain credentials
- Demonstrated experience in administering psychoeducational assessments and composing detailed reports
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to contribute thoughtfully to multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to varying school environments
