SENIOR CONTROLS ENGINEERLead the way in power and control systems, equipment maintenance, operation optimization, troubleshooting and reliability targets at the Buffalo, NY manufacturing plant. Responsible for power distribution, compliance, safety, and technician skill development in electrical power and process control systems.Location: Buffalo, NY manufacturing plantMain troubleshooter for plant power and control systems and vital member of plant technical leadershipDevelop and implement power and control standards for all projects and upgradesLead the execution of site masterplan for power and controls systems, including equipment replacement planEstablish sustainable system for E&I technicians skill developmentEnsure technician compliance with local and national codesValidate MES data from PLCs and support plant Process Engineers in data analysisDesign and implement machine control and process automation applicationsIdentify and eliminate losses in safety, quality, reliability, and cost areasTake ownership of key elements related to power and control systemsCollaborate with leadership on equipment selection and installationServe as project manager for various initiativesProvide power and controls engineering support on capital projectsUtilize control, simulation, and process modeling technologies to analyze and improve operationsCompensation range: $85,500 - $123,200 annualizedMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering2 years of controls or electrical engineering experienceUnderstanding of machine and/or process control hardware, instrumentation, and software
